octopodes advance to icca semi's!
the octopodes took 2nd place at icca south quarterfinals at elon university. congratulations to the unc achordants for earning first place! the two groups will move onto the semifinals at wake forest university on march 24th. the octopodes nabbed awards for best arrangement (ghost of you) and best choreography (supermassive black hole).

we are very excited to announce that the octopodes' cover of no doubt's "tragic kingdom" has been selected to be on boca 2005! ask any pode for your copy of this year's top a-cappella compilation, or email us if you would like to order one. "tragic kingdom" along with last years boca track "bring me to life" are featured on the octopodes' new album--"shot of blue".
