Members Present: Drs. Robert Blum, Ron Brookmeyer, William Eaton, Diane Griffin, Roger McMacken, E. William Spannhake, James Yager, and Scott Zeger; and Ms. Robin Fox, staff.
Members Present: Drs. Robert Black, Marie Diener- West, Lynn Goldman, John Groopman, Martha Hill, Robert Lawrence, Edward Miller, Jonathan Samet, Alfred Sommer, Donald Steinwachs, and Jonathan Weiner.
Guest: Ms. Teresa Schwartz.
Meeting Convened: Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs James Yager convened the meeting at 11:00 a.m.
Approval of Candidates for the Degree
The list of candidates for degrees to be awarded on May 25, 2005 was distributed and approved. There were 568 degrees to be awarded in 2005 among 565 candidates, the largest class ever. Three candidates are to receive two degrees each.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:15 p.m.
