Black History Month Celebration
2007 at Johns Hopkins
Performances, speakers and student events will mark
the celebration of Black History Month 2007 on the Homewood
campus of The Johns Hopkins University, 3400 N. Charles St.
in Baltimore. Organized by members of the Black Student
Union, the program, "Color in a Mosaic World: The Design of
a People," spans the month of February.

Friday, Feb. 16, 7 p.m., Hodson Hall, Room 110
Martin Luther King Jr. Convocation
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Gloria White-Hammond, a humanitarian
who has advocated for women's health in several African
countries. Co-sponsored by the Minority Pre-Health

Saturday, Feb. 17

Quelle Est Le Temps fashion show. A party follows in the
Great Hall. $10 for both the fashion show and party; $5 for
fashion show only. Tickets sold at Mattin Center 210 Monday
through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until Friday, Feb. 23.
