Development, Alumni Relations Appointments at Johns Hopkins

Jerome D. Schnydman has been promoted from director of alumni relations to executive director, development and alumni elations, at The Johns Hopkins University. Schnydman oversees ll activities on behalf of the 85,000 alumni in the university's eight academic divisions. He is also part of the executive management team of the vice president for development and alumni relations. A 1967 graduate of Johns Hopkins, Schnydman has headed the alumni office for seven years. Previously, he was director of undergraduate admissions at the Homewood campus of the university for 12 years.

Julie Ellsworth Cox has been appointed director of major gifts and special projects at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. She previously was director of development for MAGIC ME Inc. in Baltimore. Cox is a 1986 graduate of Mary Baldwin College.

Donna Larson has been named major gifts officer for the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She previously was assistant director of development for the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health. Larson earned a bachelor's degree in 1981 from the University of Maryland at College Park and a master of liberal arts degree in 1989 from St. John's College in Annapolis.
