"What Is Happening in the Economy and Why?"
A Talk at Hopkins

Economist Ray Saulnier will give a talk at Johns Hopkins University's Homewood campus called "What's Happening to the Economy and Why?" on March 27 at noon.

Saulnier's career has included teaching, research and government service. Former chair of Columbia University's Department of Economics and President Eisenhower's Council of Economic Advisors, he now serves on the board of editors of the Center for the Study of the Presidency. He also prepares a quarterly report, "Notes on the U.S. Economy," a commentary on the implications for financial markets of what is happening in the U.S. economy.

The lecture is part of the Wednesday Noon Series, presented by The Johns Hopkins University's Office of Special Events. All programs are held at noon in the Clipper Room of Shriver Halln on the University's Homewood campus at 3400 N. Charles Street. Admission is free.
