Re: URGENT... Francis Fukuyama Speech Canceled

Francis Fukuyama, the political scientist and acclaimed author scheduled to speak tonight at 8 p.m. at Johns Hopkins University, has had to cancel his appearance, due to a severe stomach virus.

Fukuyama, whose groundbreaking book, The End of History and the Last Man , received worldwide acclaim, has agreed to reschedule his speech. He was scheduled to speak at Schaffler Auditorium, Bloomberg Center for Physics and Astronomy, on the Homewood campus as part of the 2001 Symposium on Foreign Affairs.
