William Zartman, director of the Conflict Management Program at SAIS, will moderate a panel discussion with the following African ambassadors who will give their countries' perspectives on the September 11 attacks: Ambassador of Algeria Idriss El Jazairi, Ambassador of Cameroon Jerome Mendouga, Ambassador of Kenya Yusuf Abdulrahman Nzibo, Ambassador of Senegal Mamadou Mansour Seck, Ambassador of Tanzania Mustafa Salim Nyanganyi, and Ambassador of Tunisia Hatem Atallah.
