The Montgomery County Campus currently has three buildings: the Academic & Research Building (A&R), Gilchrist Hall, and Building III.

Classes are conducted in all three buildings. In addition, the A&R Building and Building III are home to a number of corporate and research partners.

Campus security officers are on duty from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. Monday thru Friday and from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays. In addition, surveillance cameras are positioned throughout the campus.
