DISCUSSION

1. The Concept Plan and the master plan process to date were reviewed.

2. The physical appearance of the campus is a big concern. There are many unattractive random planting beds. The area with the long set of steps northeast of the beach is unattractive and uncomfortable to walk through.

3. It was suggested that there should be a Town Hall about the Master Plan for students, and ASG should meet with the Student Council. (They meet Wednesday nights at 7:00).

4. The sidewalks and paths are very unattractive, and the students would prefer brick walks over the asphalt or at least if they had to be asphalt they should have an attractive edging.

Respectfully submitted,
AYERS/SAINT/GROSS, INC.
