DISCUSSION

1. There was lengthy discussion as to how to encourage and facilitate more participation in the process. It was decided that Kitty and Candice would schedule a meeting of faculty chairs of the departments to discuss the master plan and promote their involvement in the process.

2. The Concept Plan was discussed and presented with a more detailed focus on the central precinct and the specific issues involved in that particular part of campus.

3. In response to the idea of putting Admissions in the Greenhouse, it was suggested that it would be a directional problem for first time visitors.

4. Strengthening the north east corner of the campus was discussed especially since Jim White is giving students directions to get off the beltway in Towson and come down Charles Street to get to the campus.

Respectfully submitted,
AYERS/SAINT/GROSS, INC.
