DISCUSSION

Gina Snyder presented GEDCO's plans for the Memorial Stadium site. The facilities are to include an assisted living residential facility, an apartment complex, a group of villas on the northern edge of the property, a YMCA facility, playgrounds, childcare facility, and sports fields. The whole facility will be completely accessible during the day and gated at night. They are planning for a 2-year build-out. The apartments will be phased in and the villas are being built as a model.

Charles Weinstein then gave a brief presentation as to Dome's Plans for the Eastern High School Site. The site lies on about 25 acres. JHU has committed to 70,000 GSF, another 70,000 is expected to be used by the BDC for Bio- tech incubator space. There will be a total of 150,000GSF leasable space.

They plan to begin construction in January to early February 2000. They are hoping for a 12 month construction schedule.

Mr. Weinstein has spoken with many groups that are interested in leasing space.

Respectfully submitted,
AYERS/SAINT/GROSS, INC.
Suzanne Holden
