DISCUSSION

The total campus GSF along with the new construction that is currently planned is being assessed to see if the existing utility facilities have enough capacity to serve the campus.

The existing plant building behind the Wyman Park Building has capacity for growth but probably not enough for all the future buildings. A new building expansion of the plant in that area could happen concurrently with the garage that is planned. This could happen around 2001.

RMF Engineering needs a copy of the latest concept plan in order to calculate the future new GSF and estimate the utility loads for the future buildings.

Respectfully submitted,
AYERS/SAINT/GROSS, INC.
