DISCUSSION

Adam gave a brief overview of the plan and process to date for those who were not familiar with the plan. It was discussed that the uses in Levering Hall were going to decrease because of the continuing distribution of services on campus.

Students go to Levering Hall now because of its central location.

There are 78 vending machines on the campus and Paul Taylor has a list with their type and location.

There are dumpsters around the AMR that are serviced by the VFI. The noise can be disturbing.

The need for a conference center/facility was discussed. The facility is needed to accommodate current conference needs as well as set the stage for many future functions.

Dining consultants are currently preparing a study for the renovation of Levering Hall.

There is a need for another auditorium (preferably 500 seats). Meeting room space is at a premium.

Respectfully submitted,
AYERS/SAINT/GROSS, INC.
