On-campus Committee Group Structure

BOARD OF TRUSTEES
 
STEERING GROUP

The Steering Group will provide direction throughout the project, making final recommendations on campus-wide issues. Meetings with the consultant team will be scheduled approximately once every two months.

WORKING GROUP

The Working Group will provide input and guidance on campus-wide issues. Meetings with the consultant team will be scheduled approximately once every month.

FOCUS GROUPS

Facilities / Infrastructure Community Relations Accessibility Parking Possible Future Focus Groups

Additional Focus Groups such as Academic Planning, Campus Image, Student Life, and Way-Finding may be created as the project progresses. The Focus Groups will meet on an as needed basis but not more often than once every month.
