The Health and Wellness center is located AMR II, Room 0223 and
is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between 8:30AM and
5PM; Wednesday 8:30-11AM, and 1-5PM. In addition to providing health
and wellness services to student population, this offices reviews
health entrance forms for both undergraduate and graduate students.
NOTE:
International students must complete the health forms before
the release of the I-20.
Domestic students must complete the health form no later than July
1st.
Domestic students will not be able to register without the completion
of the form and may be subject to late fees.
