A Material and Service Transfer form is a form used for material and or services supplied by another department of the university. When this is done electronically it becomes an EMNS.
An EMNS can be used for The Johns Hopkins University Supply Stores or by submitting a paper Materials and Services Transfer form. Orders may be submitted in person, electronically, or by interdepartmental mail.
When a service is required from Plant Operations a paper form must be
used and hand delivered or mailed to Plant Operations in the Greenhouse.
It is then forwarded to the appropriate department (carpenter, electrical,
keys, HVAC, etc.)
