JohnCon lives. The following events will be happening at JohnCon '08.

Disclaimer: this list and all other JohnCon schedules are subject to change without notice. If you decide to fly across the country for JohnCon, only to find that that 15-hour first-ed D&D game isn't happening because the DM came down with whooping cough, we're real sorry, and we promise there'll be other fun stuff to do, but we can't really help you.

50 Straight Hours of Sheer Gaming Pleasure
No explanation necessary.
RPGA Events
Lots and lots of RPGA events, which are currently unspecified...
No RPGA this year due to problems arranging it on our end. :(
B-Movie Theater
Just when you thought it was safe to enter the theater... JohnCon hits you with 50 hours straight of sci-fi and fantasy movies... A nice way to regain the 20 sanity you lost looking at the six-sided pentagrams in that late-night Call of Cthulhu game.
Video Games Room
This has been a hit for many years now. PS2, XBox, Gamecube, and perhaps even some old-school gems. (And for the more agile among you, rumors are flying of DDR pads...)
Board Games Tournaments
The board games room head, historically in charge of the brute squad (who will, as usual, take over the con be quiet and peaceful and entirely non-threatening this year) is putting together several single-elimination tournaments for you. Check back to see what comes together.
Anime Theater
The Johns Hopkins Anime Club presents 50 hours of non-stop anime. Beware of fanboys. (To the disappointment of many, and the great relief of many more, no hentai allowed. What's allowed, and what's shown, however, don't always have a strong correlation...)
Dealers
They sell everything. They're fun to talk to when they're bored because they have endless stories about silly congoers just like you. We all love dealers. Information on the current dealers can be found in the Dealer's Room, but some previous dealers at Johncon includes Allied Advertising, Amtgard, Dark Fire Artisans, E&L Creations, Geekarama, Mystic Station Designs, LLC, Realms of Imagination, San-X Connection, and Walt's Cards.
