Graduate Studies

The IMMBI offers a rigorous training program leading to the Ph.D. degree in the fields of the participating faculty. This program combines carefully chosen and designed courses, intensive computational and experimental research, and a collaborative environment meant to foster bridges between different laboratories. The program is truly inter-divisional and inter-institutional. At Johns Hopkins, it is staffed by 16 faculty members from 10 departments and it spans the Schools of Arts and Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
