sf21 insect cells expressing three KSHV proteins (pORF65 small capsid protein, pORF25 major capsid protein,and pORF17.5 scaffold protein), which interact and are imported into the nucleus of the cell. ORF65-GFP R14A mutation is imaged to determine whether or not nuclear transport of the virus is affected.
