Welcome to HopSFA, the science fiction association at Johns Hopkins University! Our meetings run every Thursday at 8 PM in The Little Theatre in Levering. As a group, we celebrate the fun that is science fiction and fantasy by: * Playing games (RPG, board games, clay monster fighting, you name it...) * Dressing up as pirates, giving out limes on the breezeway to fight the plague that is SCURVY! * Assassinating each other semi-annually. * Going to fast food restaurants dressed as secret agents. * Watching movies (Army of Darkness comes to mind...) * Goth clubbing (think Nation...) * Going to science fiction, fantasy, and gaming cons (I-CON, DragonCon, etc...) * Attending the annual Maryland Rennaissance Festival in late September. * Planning JohnCon, our own annual science fiction convention, which takes place in early March. * Take a look around the site, and see if you want to join us.
