Debbie Jackson, Supply Chain Team Lead-Procurement, and an expert on how the new Shopping Cart functionality will work in SAP at Johns Hopkins, recently recorded a series of brief demonstrations to help users get ready to use this part of the system.
Taking a few minutes to watch and listen as Debbie walks us through the process--from setting up your user settings to confirming receipt of goods--could help you understand how to use the new system better and feel more comfortable, so please do so.
These demos cover how to do your Day One settings, how to use the most common shopping cart type, how to check the status of an order and to confirm receipt of goods. Blanket purchase orders are also covered.
These demos are not meant to replace training and do not cover all shopping cart types, so remember to review your training material, use Custom Help and call the support desk if you have issues or problems.
