- Johns Hopkins will adopt “best business practices” that have been built into the functionality of the SAP and related HopkinsOne products, including no modifications to software.
- In order to achieve the benefits of service, compliance and productivity, Johns Hopkins will reorganize its operations wherever necessary.
- Johns Hopkins will establish standardized enterprise-wide policies, procedures and practices in order to achieve the benefits in service, compliance and productivity.
- New systems initiatives competing for the same set of resources will not be developed during the HopkinsOne development and implementation timeframe without approval of the HopkinsOne Executive Committee.
