Article VIII: Amendments

An active member may propose amendments to the HOPE constitution.  The proposed amendment shall be referred to the executive board for review.  At the next meeting, the proposal shall be discussed with the general body and voted upon.  A two-thirds vote is necessary in order to accept the amendment.  SAC should be notified of the changes.
