An
executive officer can be removed from office is she or he
is incompetent, frequently absent from executive board meetings
and general body meetings, or does not fulfill requirements
of office

A
quorum of active members must be established to deliberate
on these accusations, and the officer may defend his or herself
at the meeting.

Any
active member may call for the impeachment of an officer with
substantiating evidence
-
If
an office becomes vacant through impeachment or resignation,
a special election meeting will be held according to the election
guidelines of the constitution
-
The
newly elected officer will begin taking over the duties of
the office immediately
