Section 9: SNMA Liaison

  • Act as liaison between The Johns Hopkins University chapter of HOPE and other SNMA chapters
  • Collect membership dues and remit to the SNMA national chapter
  • Organize the trip to the regional and national SNMA conferences held annually
  • Work with the Finance Chair to raise money for the trip to the regional and national SNMA conference
  • Keep accurate records of all duties performed
  • Maintain correspondence with the SNMA on both regional and national levels
  • Organize activities with Hopkins SOM SNMA chapter
  • Complete and submit to the SNMA: 
      • Chapter Application
      • Chapter registration form
      • 4 quarterly reports turned
      • Community service Activities Report Forms
      • MAPS Survey
      • MAPS Chapter of the Year Application

  • Create, maintain, and update the HOPE website
