Section 3: Vice Executive Chair (VICE PRESIDENT)
- Preside over the body and executive board meetings which Executive Chair cannot attend
- Oversee all HOPE committees
- Represent the organization to SAC when Executive Chair cannot
- Keep accurate records of all duties
- Head the Organization’s yearly Health Disparities Project
- Manage the "Did You Know" informational materials
Section 4: Finance Chair Duties
- Prepare an annual budget for presentation to the SAC
- Attend SAC general body meetings
- Serve as liaison between SAC and HOPE
- Provide an updated summary of club finances at every executive board meeting
- Keep and accurate record/ledger of all financial transactions
Section 5: Fundraising Chair Duties (CO-FUNDRAISING)
- Raise money for the activities planned for the year
- Provide at least one fundraiser per semester
- Work with the SNMA Liaison to raise money for both the national and regional conferences, and health care disparities initiative
- Keep and accurate record/ledger of all financial transactions
