Article VI: Organization - Sections 1-2

The organization will consist of a general body and an executive board. All meetings shall have a quorum of executive officers including the Executive Chairperson. The Executive Board shall consist of the following : Executive Chair, Vice Executive Chair, Finance Chair, SNMA liaison, Correspondence Chair, Events Chair, Co-Fundraising Chairs, Webmaster, and Community Service Chair. Each officer shall have one vote. A quorum of executive board members shall consist of six of the ten officers.

Section 1: General Duties of the Executive Officers (ALL EBOARD MEMBERS)

Attend executive board meetings
Be responsible for the administration and supervision of the organization
Create committees to assist each officer in fulfilling the duties for this organization.
Induct newly elected executive board members into office after the election process.

Section 2: Executive Chair Duties (CO-PRESIDENT)

Preside over the general body and executive board meetings for the organization.
Set agendas for all general body meetings and executive board meetings.
Attend the Student Activities Commission (SAC) general body meetings and represent the organization to the SAC executive board.
Delegate any activities of HOPE.
Keep accurate record of all duties performed.
