HEY HEY! My name is Stephanie Amalfe and I am a 2012 Cognitive Science major from Clark, New Jersey (insert wise-crack comment about Jersey here). Anywho, being a full time Hopkins student for three years I am well aware of the stresses of college life both inside and out of the classroom. That said, I joined Stressbusters my freshman year to try and spread some backrub love to weary-eyed library goers and the general Hopkins community. I also bust my own stress by being on the varsity track and field team, cooking for Campus Kitchens, snowboarding, and hanging out with my friends. |

Hey, my name is James Ying and I'm a junior biomedical engineer from Oxford, Mississippi. I have many interests. I play intramural soccer, competitive club tennis, and table tennis at Hopkins. I also like to play Frisbee and go for a nice jog on a nice day. I started playing the piano during my freshman year. I speak fluent Chinese and I like to work on my Spanish and Japanese during my spare time. All these activities help to reduce my stress and allow me to study more efficiently. I have done basic cancer research since high school, and am currently working on clinical research in neurology and sleep disorders. Basically, I like to work hard and play hard. I am looking forward to another exciting year with Stressbusters and hope you are too! |

Hi My name is Kevin Chun. I am a junior from Irvine, CA, double majoring in Public Health and History. I volunteer as a tutor for the Tutorial Project and I also serve as an editor for Epidemic Proportions (Undergraduate Public Health Journal). Swimming, taking short naps, watching my favorite dramas on hulu, and hanging out with people help me deal with my stress. And I love getting backrubs from my fellow stressbusters at the library.

Yo there! My name's Linda Song and I'm in the class of 2012, majoring in Public Health (natural sciences). I'm a big believer in all sorts of stress-busting and I adore giving backrubs to people. I also bust my own stress by being part of an a cappella group called 'The Mental Notes' as well as hanging out with my friends (these two activities not being mutually exclusive). I'm also a part of 'A Place to Talk' and SARU. Another hobby? Writing, reading, and cooking! YES.
