Situated in the heart of Charles Village, the Homewood, our largest building, accommodates the housing needs of 220 residents and offers the convenience of specialty shops and ideally located office space. Each apartment comes equipped with a full kitchen, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, pre-wiring for cable TV and other appliances. Further amenities include pre-wiring for ethernet connection and a security intercom phone allowing guest access and on-campus calling. There is a security guard stationed in the main lobby 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. A 24-hour security card access system, conference and fitness rooms and coin-operated washers and dryers add to the building's appeal. This state of the art building is open year round including Thanksgiving, winter intersession and spring break.
Lounges
A lounge is located on the second floor of the building. Residents may reserve the lounge for meetings by calling the Residential Life Office at 410-516-8283.
