The Bradford is located in Charles Village, just a block and a half east of campus. Students can choose from efficiencies, one, two, three or four bedroom apartments with living rooms, full kitchens and baths.
These furnished accommodations provide security for students with a 24-hour security card access system, guest access through a telephone system, an ability to see their guest through their computer monitor and a security guard assigned to the front lobby of the building.
The Bradford also has ethernet access, wall-to-wall carpeting and is cable ready. The building has nine stories with laundry facilities on the terrace level and lounges on the first floor.
The Bradford offers 11 month contracts, running from September 1, 2008 - July 31, 2009. This allows students to remain through Thanksgiving, winter intersession, spring break and into the summer.
Lounges
Lounges are located on the first floor of the building. Residents may reserve the lounges for meetings by calling the Residential Life Office at 410-516-8283
