What you need to do:
Landlord Registration Page
Please make sure that you save your log in name and password in a safe place. We will be able to retrieve it for you but it is done manually so there will be a delay to getting your lost password back to you.
Once you have put in your information you will be able to create a new listing. You will be able to log
in, edit, activate and deactivate your own listings. You can also create a full list of your rental inventory now and only activate the listings that are available! You can also now upload a .jpg or .gif image file to your listing. Image files are a max of 100K. If you don't know how to reduce your image to 100k, go to our step by step intructional page to learn how.
Need to make a change or update a listing or have rented your unit?
When you want to add some additional information or revise your listing you will need to log into your landlord account and then go to the Landlord Menu. From there select the Edit/Activate an Existing Listing and you will see every property that you have listed in our database and what their current status is (active or not). Click on the property you wish to edit and do not forget to make sure that you have re-entered the date and marked it ACTIVE otherwise the changes will not be accepted.
If you have rented your space you will need to do the same as above but make sure to mark it as NO under the active field. Your listing can be reactivated at anytime by returning to this menu.
The Edit/Activate an Existing Listing is also great way to verify that your listing went in to the database since it will list all properties you have submitted to our database.
