Johns Hopkins University Conference Services offers comfortable, affordable lodging, spacious facilities and quality food which provide the ideal setting for your academic, educational or professional program. Six buildings comprise the conference lodging facilities. Two of these buildings, Wolman and McCoy Halls, are newly renovated and provide a variety of technological services including long distance phone access, fax and copier services to participants. All facilities are air-conditioned.
Dining Services can arrange catered events from simple coffee setups to full sit-down banquets. The variety of space available for lodging, dining, formal/informal meetings, and relaxation provide all of the essential ingredients to make your conference a success.
Organizations may participate in the program from June to mid-August. Facilities accessible to the disabled are available.
