Johns Hopkins University | Great Excavations Homewood Campus Renovations

The GX Listserv
Message #22 ... July 31, 2002

The GX list provides information you need during the "Great Excavations 2" project and related construction projects at the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus.

Today is Wednesday, July 31. Today's GX includes:

1. Greenhouse faculty parking in August
2. Subscribing and unsubscribing

1. Greenhouse faculty parking in August

Since the closure of the Johns Hopkins Club parking lot for the chemistry building project, the lot behind the Greenhouse has been reserved for the use of club patrons. The club, however, will be closed for three weeks -- from Monday, Aug. 12, through Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2. During that period, the Greenhouse lot will once again be available for members of the paid parking system with a current faculty hang tag. When the club reopens on Tuesday, Sept. 3, the Greenhouse lot will revert to use by club patrons only.

2. Subscribing and unsubscribing

Please let others who may be interested know about this list. Here's how they can subscribe: Send an e-mail message to:

We urge in particular that you unsubscribe if -- while you are on vacation or away for any other reason -- you intend to set your e-mail account to block or automatically reply to incoming mail. You may resubscribe when you return.
