The GX Listserv The GX list provides information you need during the "Great Excavations 2" project and related construction projects at the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus. Today is Thursday, August 8, 2002. Today's GX includes:
1. Garland south entrance to close 1. Garland south entrance to close Having completed the waterproofing and new brick work at the north entrance of Garland Hall, the contractor of the Open Space Implementation (GX2) project intends to close the south entrance in order to perform similar work there. By August 9, 2002, access to the north entrance will be gained via both the ramp at the southeast corner of the deck and by a new brick paved sidewalk between Garland and the existing sidewalk along the front, east side of Hodson Hall, and the south entrance will be closed. The work at the south entrance is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete. Therefore, both entrances to Garland Hall should be available by Monday, August 26, 2002. 2.
