What Other Universities Do

If the non-resident tuition policy is changed, it can't be done in a vacuum. The most helpful generator of new ideas comes from looking at what our competitor universities do.

While this page is not yet begun, you can find partial information on what other universities do by reading the GRO's Invitation to Discussion, which was presented to university Deans in 2001.

Give us a little time, and we'll be able to tell you how the following universities handle fees similar to the non-resident tuition fee.

Rice, Chicago (primary competitors)
Duke, UPenn, Washington University, Brown, Rochester, Stanford, Columbia, Dartmouth, MIT, Yale
Princeton, Georgetown, Northwestern, Harvard (possible competitors)
