I can't find a record for the student I'm searching for
When you click on the DGA>Aid menu link, the system returns a search screen. The easiest way to search for a student is by typing in the student's Social Security Number in the Government ID field. If you do not know the student's SSN, you can search by name. You can even do 'wild card searches' using the % sign, to return all names that begin or contain a certain string of characters. If you are confident that the student does not exist, you must do the following:
- Send an e-mail to fin_aid@jhu.edu with the following information:
- Subject Line of e-mail: CREATE DGA STUDENT
- In the body of your e-mail, provide the following:
- Student's Last Name
- Student's First Name
- Student's SSN
- Student's Date of Birth
- Department
