Belly Dancing - 26604 Bytes
On the evening of January 9 after nine hours of excavation and pottery analysis, we cleaned up a little and attended a "Fantasia" in our hotel's dining room. Abigail McGuirk was quickly pulled out of her seat to dance with the belly dancer.

Violaine Chauvet, herself terrified of snakes, took the opportunity of the snake charmer's visit to the "Fantasia" to force herself to confront her fear. The cobra hanging from her head may have made Violaine go rigid, but she never uttered a sound. Good job, Violaine!
