The Gazette, The Johns Hopkins University’s faculty/staff newspaper, uses the system to manage the flow of images into the publication and to deliver the paper to the printer. Specifically, photographers download digital images into folders that the editor can access to make selections and download for the paper's designer; when the paper is completed at deadline, the designer places a PDF into a file for the printer, who can instantly download it.
