The system allows each member department to establish collections of images, documents—what have you—based on the department’s needs and workflow. It allows each department to establish who its users are and what those users can do within the system. Each department can set up its collections the way that works best for them. In addition, there is no special software to download or upgrade—all that is needed is a web browser and an Internet connection and the system is available 24/7 anywhere in the world.
