Thank you for your interest in the Johns Hopkins Tutorial Project! We appreciate all your support and participation which is vital to our success and is one of the reasons why the Johns Hopkins Tutorial Project is celebrating its 50th year!

If you are a parent or guardian new to this program and would like to enroll your child to be part of the exciting, fun and always educational Johns Hopkins Tutorial Project, please click on the application. Print a copy of our application, and mail or fax it back to us. Please note that the bus route will be changing next year, but we don't know the exact schools yet.

Please select the appropriate form for your child. Download, fill in forms using the computer, print, sign, and fax or mail to Tutorial Project. Please double check that all necessary fields are filled in before sending to Tutorial.
