Project HEALTH

Mission Statement

Project HEALTH is an organization that provides sustainable public health interventions through the Project HEALTH Family Help Desk, which is staffed to address incoming patients' psychological needs and provide them with appropriate services and benefits. Each member of Project HEALTH is responsible for collaborating with physiciand, following up with patients, and maintaining patients' access to services that the Help Desk provides.
