American Red Cross

 

Mission Statement

The American Red Cross Corps. is organized exclusively for charitable purposes as an officially recognized college club of the American Red Cross and the Johns Hopkins University, administered by and fully sanctioned and endorsed by the American Red Cross of Central Maryland.

It is the intent of the Organization to support and further the mission of the American Red Cross by involving students and other members of the Johns Hopkins community in voluntary service with the Central Maryland Chapter. The divisions of the American Red Cross that the Organization may support include but are not limited to Blood Services, Disaster Services, International Services, Health and Safety Services, and Community Services.

The American Red Cross Corps of Johns Hopkins shall also support the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement: Humanity, Impartiality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity, and Universality.
