-Open Society Institute/Soros Foundation Network http://www.soros.org/initiatives
Offers several fellowship opportunities for recent graduates and professionals to advance justice, education, public health, and independent media domestically and internationally

-Citizen Schools, National Teaching Fellowships-http://www.citizenschools.org/fellowship/
Fellowship is designed to provide hands-on leadership development to people of varied backgrounds who have high potential as educators and community builders. Serve with the Citizen School program, which operates in 7 sates.

-American Public Health Association Internships http://www.apha.org/about/careers/internships/
Mostly unpaid opportunities in public health, including public health policy and governmental affairs
