Team Leaders

Team Leader Registration is Now Closed

In order to make the President's Day of Service run smoothly, the Center for Social Concern is looking for 40-50 students (sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students) who would like to serve as Team Leaders. Faculty and staff are also welcome to be Team Leaders.

Did you participate in INVOLVED, the Freshman Day of Service, during your orientation? Have you been a team leader for INVOLVED or PDOS in the past? Are you a student leader on campus or an active member of a CSC group? If so, we need you. Team Leaders make this event a success!

What do Team Leaders do?

Team Leaders

• Communicating and reinforcing to volunteers the impact of their service
• Lead a group of approximately 15 students, faculty, or staff volunteers to their service site on the Day of Service
• Serve as a leader while on-site
• Keep volunteers energized, excited, and organized
• Help CSC staff set-up and organize the pre-service event
• Receive a free staff T-shirt!

How do I Become a Team Leader?

Before signing up, please make sure that you can commit to the following times:

• Mandatory Team Leader Meeting: Wednesday, September 21st OR Thursday, September 22nd from 6:30pm-8:00pm ...
• President's Day of Service: Saturday, September 24th 10:00am- 4:30pm..
