Sponsor the President's Day of Service

Student Leaders,

We need your help! Are you the president, vice-president or other leader of a CSC, SAC, religous, cultural, political or other student organization?

Please help us in getting the student body involved by encouraging the members of your group to register online for Be the Change: the President’s Day of Service at http://www.jhu.edu/csc/events/presidentsdayofservice.shtml.  Please tell your members to mention the name of your group in the designated area when registering.  We are giving special attention to recruiting and registering the incoming freshmen in the Day of Service, so this is a great opportunity for your group to meet the new members of the university and give your time to a good cause!

And here’s another great opportunity: Your student group can “sponsor” the Day and be listed on the website if you pledge to bring at least 10 people to the event.  The student group that brings the most students to the Day of Service will win a pizza party! We will do our best to try to assign the members of your group to the same volunteer site, but we can’t make any promises.  The earlier you and your group members sign up, the better the chance that you will all be working together.
