Computer Classroom Reservations
- Reservations requests must occur at least ONE business day (24 hours) prior to the class.
- Labs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for academic instruction.
- Scheduling preference is given to academic courses and recurring courses.
- Hourly charges for use of the classrooms may apply if the event is not an academic course offered by KSAS, WSE or SPSBE.
- Arrangements for software installation or other special technology needs should be made at least 2 week in advance of the beginning of the semester or 2 business days in advance during the course of the semester. If the request is approved, you must deliver installation media and proof of licensing to the IT manager. Software requests can be made through the online form.
- Access to the computer classrooms facilities is by the instructors valid J-Card only.

The first step is to decide which classroom would best suite your needs. This is a brief overview of the computer classroom features. For more detailed information, click on the classroom name. |

The second step is to check the availability of the room that you would like to reserve. Remember, to make sure the entire semester is free. For example if you want to reserve Tuesday's from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, make sure that every Tuesday at that time is available. |

The final step is to fill out the reservations request form below and click on the submit button. There is a separate section for filling out non-recurring courses below. The registrar's office will receive your request and you will be contacted. |
