The Instructional Technology Facilities group strongly supports the academic mission of The Johns Hopkins University. We provide a large variety of technology-enhanced classrooms, computer classrooms, computer labs, residence hall computing clusters, and computer kiosks that give faculty, staff and students convenient access to up to date IT resources and an enhanced academic experience throughout the Homewood Campus.
News & Updates
Summer and Fall turned out to be rather busy as we continue to expand our computing resources:
- New tutorial videos are available to assist you in learning how to use the technology classroom systems.
- Need help finding a specific technology classroom that will fit your teaching needs? Use the new search tool!

- Twelve more general pool classrooms were upgraded to technology-enhanced classrooms.
- All of the PC's located in the Krieger Academic Computing Lab have been replaced with new Dell GX620's!
- Printing from your laptop, office or dorm room to a variety of printers located around campus is now available! Visit http://www.jhu.edu/printing to find out how!
- Six computer kiosks were installed in Levering Hall.
- Four additional computer kiosks were installed in Hodson Hall.
- Four computer kiosks were installed in Charles Commons.
- A new residential computing cluster (RCC) has opened in Charles Commons.
