In addition to the Handbook itself, these working documents are designed to assist countries considering implementing the Handbook in assessing their readiness to undertake the project.

Several countries have implemented the Handbook. The news page has links to these reports for Australia, Belgium, Canada, and the United States.
Test Reports and Data
From November 2000 to July 2001, a draft version of the Handbook was tested in 11 countries, which varied in their level of development. Their experiences in implementing major features of the Handbook are captured in the country test reports and data.
