Forming relationship with student groups can greatly enhance your recruiting efforts. Past employer activities include:

Host a meeting for multicultural student group leaders
Cohost a technical talk with a computer science or engineering student group
Send targeted information to certain groups to market your existing recruiting plans, such as career fairs, interviews, or information sessions
Host a workshop on a career topic
