Entrée: Stuffed Cabbage Casserole
| Ingredient | Quantity |

| Cabbage Heads | 4 |
| Ground Beef | 4 lbs. |
| Onions, chopped | 4 |
| Minute Rice | 1 1/3 cups |
| Tomato Sauce | 4 cans |
| Water | 1 1/3 cups |
- Preheat oven to 350oF.
- Chop cabbage and lay in bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Saute ground beef with onion. Season with salt and pepper and add minute rice.
- Put meat mixture on top of cabbage. Top with tomato sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil and then continue uncovered for 30 minutes.
Dessert: Cinnamon Apples
| Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Apples, cored, peeled, sliced thin | 6 |
| Cinnamon | 8 tsp. |
| Brown sugar | 4 cups |
| Lemon juice | 8 tsp. |
| Salt | 4 dashes |
| Nutmeg | 4 dashes |
- Cut and peel apples.
- Mix in a pot with all other ingredients. Stir well.
- Cook covered on the stove for 45 minutes, stirring at least every 15.
- Once apples are soft, cook until sauce is thickened.
